  • Do I need to be in shape before joining?

    Absolutely not. We scale the complexity and load to your exact starting point to safely bring you to your optimal level.

  • What if I have a prior sports injury?

    Just inform your coach before the session begins. With our strict cap of 12 people, they will provide specific instructions and adapt the movements in real-time to protect your joints and strengthen your weak links. You are in expert hands, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

  • How flexible are class bookings and cancellations?

    You manage everything autonomously via the Wodify app. To maintain our premium service standard and respect the strict limit of 12 spots per class, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • How many days a week should I train?

    It depends on your current level. If you are new to high-intensity training, start with 2 sessions per week to allow your central nervous system and muscles to adapt, then soon progress to 3. Experienced athletes typically train 3 to 5 times a week, adjusting their box volume based on their weekend outdoor activities.

  • I am visiting Nidwalden for a few days, can I join?

    Yes, absolutely. We offer a seamless automated Drop-In option via Wodify. Book your class, show up, and train with the local crew.
